You further authorize and consent to your Agent ("Representative") creating and maintaining a client file for you, containing
information including personal information about you, that you provide to The Estate Advisory Board Inc. and that we will obtain in relation to your dealings with us.

The disclosure of your personal information will be restricted to those who have a need for, and the right to, the information. Otherwise, The Estate Advisory Board Inc., will not sell, trade, or lend your personal information to any third parties unless lawfully permitted or required, or we have your consent to do so. Your consent may be expressed in writing, or it may be given verbally, electronically, or through your authorized representative(s).
